For the first time ever I have managed to get Professor Gore to appear on comers and explain a bit about what’s going on, his surprise and mine as I am battling this awful disease.
It’s been a struggle the last few weeks but there maybe some good news but we won’t know till scans are done next week and we know the scale of the disease in my left arm, axilla, scapula and neck.
We know we can’t fix the internal disease without intervention from possibly radiotherapy, chemo but the chances of controlling it now is slim to none. But saying that no one expected me to make it this long as it is!
Not only am I proud of what I have achieved but oh so proud of how everyone else has dealt with the challenges we are faced with every single day.
No day is the same, I travel the country and work hard to find answers, not just that work hard to keep life real, fun, moving and filled with love.
Professor Gore is a great man, with a great personality, warm and clearly loving of his patients and that makes a massive difference and I will always keep pushing boundaries and pushing to beat his expectations.
Here is the video of yesterday.
