I saw the plastic surgeons today, to be fair was just a quick one and they gave me a surgery appointment for friday to have a biopsy done on the lump I found on the 29th December.
I am nervous as if it turns out to be a cancerous tumor it will require extensive surgery, I am not looking forward to it and will be worried till I get the results as always.
But any news at this point would be useful as I need to know what is going on and what needs to be done in the future, the surgeons clearly looked worried and a bit dismayed as they stated before I wouldn’t need to have surgery again!
All I can do now is wait and see what happens, hopefully will be done under a local and as the surgeons said it will just pop out, it is in the danger zone for the type of cancer I have so we shall see. With it being resistant to most therapies I am just going to have to wait for it to come back at some point anyways.
